Why Sweat Testing Matters

Every athlete loses fluids and electrolytes differently. Sodium loss can vary by more than 5x between individuals. Without knowing your unique sweat profile, your hydration strategy is just guesswork.

At Speedhub, we use advanced sweat analysis technology to measure your sodium concentration and provide a personalised hydration plan tailored to your training and racing demands.

How It Works

1. Sweat Collection

The FLOWBIO Sensor is used to collect a sweat sample whilst you are exercising. It can be worn on your arm or back using a heart rate monitor strap. You will need to do a bike session for a minimum of 30 mins so that enough data can be collected.

2. Sodium Analysis

Download the app to your phone and then we analyse your sweat sodium concentration to determine how much you sweat and how much sodium you lose per litre of sweat.

3. Personalised Hydration Plan

You receive a tailored hydration strategy outlining fluid intake, sodium targets, and race-day guidance.
